First Quarter 2011 Earnings
Repsol net income increases to 765 million euros
The 2011 earnings increase is mainly due to improved oil and gas realization prices, with a 13.4% and 14.8% rise respectively, boosted by the solid performance of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) division and the recovery of the chemicals business.
The Australian rider brought an end to a great season with another important victory that was decided right on the finishing-line. Andrea Dovizioso was also on the podium whilst Dani Pedrosa came in fifth.
